2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Herbal supplements, oils, or powders once unsealed are non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method or provided as store credit.

4. Exchanges

  • If you prefer, we can replace your damaged/incorrect product with a new one instead of issuing a refund.
